Is it just me, or does Viva La Vida sound a tinsy bit like a U2 song? Still a great single though. (via my Twitter)

Freecording →
I was excited, until I realised that “freecording” is a “style”, not a new line of tiny HD cams that let you film discretely, so that you don’t have to be filming a relatively huge camcorder that yells “nerd”, “amateur”, or “lame” to passers-by. Great short films though. Found via one of the ads on Flickr.

Shut up, the logo is perfectly fine. It’s just a case of you seeing something that the original artist did not intend you to see. Dirty-minded Christians…

If I believed in such things as karma, I would tell Stone not to apologise. But alas, I don’t.

One above-the-hood changes in the Mac OS X 10.5.3 update is a new icon for the ~/Sites folder. How did I find out? Because it sticks out like a sore thumb in a CandyBar-modified Finder window.

Android demo at Google I/O →
The technology: too soon to tell. The UI: very cartoon-y and unGoogley, but the pull-down menubar is a pretty good idea. I think we’ve still got some time to go before Android becomes exciting, although I think I would prefer to use it in this current form over S60, WinMo and BlackBerry. (Which doesn’t say a lot really, because none of these are very good anyway.)

Weird… Plus Gladiators sucks.
Beautiful. I particularly like the design for the rear end. I don’t know why, but of the current/recent Ferraris, the ones I really like (with the exception of the Enzo Ferrari) are the ones with front-mounted engines, e.g. the 612 and the 599, and now this one. I never really liked the 360, and find the 430 to be a little bland. Now, if only the California had slightly fatter rims…
