Depends, I think. Works for Instapaper and Delivery Status because it adds information to their icons: a stack of papers and a package respectively. Tumblr, on the other hand, should be flat.

: (Maybe it's because I've watched the Siri videos a few times recently, but as I was walking into uni this morning, listening to some music, I did something I'd never done and instinctively reached for my headset to talk to my iPhone.)
