May have just bought my third iPod nano. I don’t know what for. But this is one of my favourite iPods. I like the fact that — unlike the iPod minis and the later iPod nanos — it had the classic glossy-white-up-front, chrome-on-the-back look, and bore some resemblance to its bigger sibling at the time, the fifth-generation iPod, a.k.a. the “iPod video”. It’s quite unique in that way.

Update: Just remembered that the third-generation nano announced two years after this one shared design cues with the iPod classic as well, which was announced at the same event. So this nano isn’t the only small iPod to resemble its bigger brother/sister.
