Just found the first casualty of my hard drive migration: one picture — the most recent one — in iPhoto has turned into a dashed outline. Oddly, even though I did tell Time Machine to do a backup right before I made the switch, the post-migration iPhoto Library package in ~/Pictures doesn’t have it either.

Good thing I didn’t get too excited and wiped my old drive and old library package already.
