…the 20” model has a 1680 × 1050 display — and due to the weight of the screen, the base has to be heavier to counterbalance it. At 40.1 pounds, this is the heaviest iMac G4 yet.
I did not know that, and didn’t think it was this heavy when I picked it up.
And yet mine still leans forward a bit if I have the screen pulled low enough. Or is it because I have it on the carpeted floor so it doesn’t have a hard surface for support?
