10 Reasons to Avoid Talking on the Phone

Mom keeps telling me to do all these “pleasantries” whenever I talk to anyone on the phone. Why‽ I just want to get to the point and move on. Heck, most of the time I skip over “hello” as well.

Email and face–to–face conversations are my preferred means of communication. I don’t do IM anymore, and don’t like the phone.
