Joshua Jones has made an experiment in WebKit which clones the Safari 4 interface with CSS3 and does not use any images.

Don’t know how webOS apps’ interfaces get composed, but this feels to me like taking Palm’s approach to creating apps one step further. Any out there have a CSS–based UI?
